What is Spooly’s return policy?

When you buy on spoolycable.com, we provide you 30 days from the delivery date to make sure your cables are right for you, confidently knowing you can return (or exchange) any undamaged item for any reason within 30 days. Please contact us to help with your return. Once the returned item arrives back in Spooly’s warehouse, the refund process will begin. Spooly will refund the cost of the product itself.

PLEASE MAKE SURE:

• Items are returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items are unused. No marks or damage.
• Items must include original accessories which must be in the original undamaged condition.
• Items must be in their original packaging which must be in the original undamaged condition.

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

How do I return a defective or faulty product?

We stand behind all of our Spooly products. If your product is defective or faulty, please contact us to help with your return. Defective or faulty products can be returned with a valid proof of purchase within one year of the order delivery.
